Possession of a price list shall not be construed as an offer to sell the products listed.<\/p>\n<p>All orders are subject to credit approval. Shipments may be held on accounts with unsatisfactory payment status.<\/p>\n<p>Products are sold at prices in effect at time order is placed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.<\/p>\n<p>Title and risk of loss shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.<\/p>\n<p>Claims for shortages must be made within three (3) business days of receipt of goods.<\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n<div class=\"col-lg-6 col-md-6 col-xs-12 col-sm-6\"><\/p>\n<p>A late payment charge of 1.5% per month may be assessed on all past due accounts.<\/p>\n<p>The right to make product changes in design or improvements is reserved without assuming liability to change products previously sold.<\/p>\n<p>Authorization must be obtained from the factory before any product may be returned.
