In the summer of 2010, Tempo was launched, and we introduced our drainage grates, catalog and website.
As we enter 2011, we are excited to showcase our next phase of products including a wide variety of basins and accessories. Our engineers have been hard at work designing and tooling up, and we are excited to now offer a more complete range of drainage products.
Responding to your feedback, we have added additional color grates (including a purple color for the 3″ round flat grate for use in reclaimed water applications), brass grates, a larger capacity basin, more basin configurations with our low profile basins and also basin risers and accessories. We will continue to listen and quickly respond to your feedback, and we will continue to expand our product offering to solve all your drainage needs.
Our responsive service model has not changed despite the launch of our next phase of drainage products. Our service motto of “Powered by Service” continues to be the cornerstone of our business philosophy. All orders will continue to be shipped the same day allowing our customers to keep inventories low while still having sufficient product on the shelves to meet contractors’ needs
