Warranty

Products manufactured by Tempo Products Inc. are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of delivery.

This warranty is expressly conditioned upon the proper installation and application of the product as recommended by Tempo Products Inc.

Within the period of this warranty, Tempo Products Inc. is obliged to repair or replace part or all of product, or to refund a part or all of the original purchase price, if any part proves defective in material or workmanship. The option to repair, replace or pay a refund shall be at the sole discretion of Tempo Products Inc. Misuse, neglect, modification or unauthorized repair shall completely void this warranty.

This warranty constitutes the exclusive warranty made by Tempo Products Inc. for its products and is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranty of “merchantability” or “fitness for purpose”.

Tempo Products Inc. will not be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damage of any nature. Tempo Product Inc.’s sole liability and responsibility shall be for the repair or replacement of defective parts or refund of part or all of the original purchase price therefore pursuant to this warranty.

This warranty is not deemed a consumer warranty and does not extend to anyone else other than those who purchase products from Tempo Products Inc. for resale.

This warranty is only effective if notice of any claim is delivered to the company within 30 days after discovery of any defect. Tempo Product Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes any representative or other person to assume for us any liability in connection with the sale or any shipment of our products.
