Micro-Fittings

Micro-fittings are used to make connections between drip micro-tubing or to connect micro-tubing and 1/4” dripperline to 1/2″ or 3/4″ supply tubing. Made with an engineering grade resin, these fittings include a sharp edge (known as a barb) that bites into the inside of the tubing for a secure and watertight fit. No glue or adhesive is required.

These micro-fittings come in a variety of configurations including long connectors, short connectors, tees, elbows, crosses, adapters and plugs to offer a lot of flexibility when installing a drip system. These fittings can be used with both poly and vinyl micro-tubing.

Both 1/4” and 1/8” micro-fittings are available depending on the internal diameter of the micro-tubing being used.

When attaching a micro-fitting to solid 1/2” or 3/4” poly tubing, use a Hole Punch to pre-punch a clean hole into the tubing.

When removing a 1/4″ barbed micro-fitting from 1/2″ or 3/4″ tubing, use a goof plug to plug that hole.
